We had 85 angler’s come out to try their luck on a extremely hot October day. Fish were reported to be very active early with plenty of fish caught on various top water offerings. The big fish of the day fell victim to a jig fished around a pier. Things tightened up as the sun finally broke through the clouds and the pleasure boats made there way out on the lake to take advantage of the mid 80 degree fall day. This was the best turnout we have had on Lake Norman, we were able to payout $5,000 in cash and product on the day!

We want to thank everyone who came out and fished the event.
