We had 115 angler’s come out and try their luck on a hot late summer day. Fishing was tough with not a lot of fish being weighed in but we did see plenty of quality. Taking the overall win was Dean Minor who reported catching the wining fish on a black trick work. Seemed to be something to that when the youth winner Chase Brown reported catching his winning fish on the same bait. Total payout for the event was $8,500 in cash and prizes!
Our next event is September 20th at Badin Lake out of Alcoa access area.
Don’t forget that you only have to fish one event to get qualified or the 2021 Championship.
