We had 167 anglers come out and fish with us on a hot Summer day. With the great turnout we were able to pay back $9,300 in money and product. The fish seemed to bite well early but things slowed down once the sun and temperature got up. Fish were reported being caught shallow and deep. The winning fish was said to be caught on a crankbait around 15 foot deep. The 2nd place fish was reported to be caught on topwater on the bank so it appears you can do a little bit of everything right now on High Rock to catch quality fish.

We will be taking the summer off and resume with our make up tournament on Badin Lake in September. We have two events left so you can still get qualified to win the new Triton boat in November on High Rock Lake compliments of  Angler’s Choice Marine and Triton Boats.
